R-Support

R-HPC provides a welcome alternative to the typical “HPC as a commodity” model that gives clients standard low-level technical support, basically leaving them on their own after the initial set-up.

We take a more personal approach, where R-Team of HPC experts provides both high-level technical support and “hands-on” guidance for all stages of the project—from system design and implementation, to the assessment and running of your code and applications.

We call it our Service as a Service (SVaaS) and it’s available to our customers at no additional cost.*

SVaaS is more than just technical troubleshooting. R-Team staff members are equal parts knowledgeable advisors, creative “idea guys,” and skilled technicians. They will work with you on your proprietary applications and recommend leading third party software, if needed, to maximize speed, computing capacity, and results.

The R-Team will personally walk you through the project from beginning to end and help you design, configure, and fine tune your system to best address your computing challenges, including:
  • Implementing any OS or software applications
  • Pre-project testing to ensure ideal operating conditions
  • Continual monitoring and oversight of compute cycles
  • Establishing a secure environment for all users
They can even show you how to optimize the performance of your internal IT systems, too.

INDUSTRY SUPPORT

R-HPC provides complete hosting support for Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems. R-Team’s extensive industry knowledge will help you to make the most of all available products and services from leading OEMs.

“Not only did the hardware blow away
our expectations, the service provided
by R-HPC was outstanding. They were there to walk us through the system and answer any questions we had before we started our project. We went from bare metal to the same configuration we use on our internal resources in a very short period of time.

Without their systems and support,
this project would have taken months
to finish.”
